Hi there,

Anyone can provide some advices on how to verify the voice algorithms on UMA-8 v2, such as
a) echo cancellation
b) beamforming
c) noise reduction

The UMA8 v2 is in DSP mode and I would like to know the setup environment. I did some tests but not such the setup is correct or not.
Setup:
- UMA8 v2 (in DSP mode) is connecte to the notebook computer. The distance between the notebook and mic array board is about 40 cm.
- The notebook play some background music (songs) and opened Audacity for recording (see attachment)
- I moved to about 1.5 m away from the mic array and spoke some words (e.g. one, two, three, ... in Cantonese)

Setting of Audacity for sound recording is given in below (also see attachemnt)
- Microphone: Line (miniDSP micArray XVSM) , 1 (Mono) Recording Channel
- Speaker: Primay Sound Driver.
- Project Rate (Hz): 44100

Many thanks.
