There are no files under the USB Mic Array Series of User Downloads. How do I get the driver?

Hi, it should be in your User Downloads. If you bought from a dealer, redeem the coupon. If no luck, open a support ticket ;)

I logged in with the correct account and was able to download the driver.

But now the driver doesn't detect the array and Windows 10 just reports "Unknown USB device"

@ Cook
Odd error indeed. Unknown would imply that maybe the installation of the USB driver didn't go as planned. We haven't seen this before. Best that you open a tech support ticket with our team to send us more feedback (support.minidsp.com) Thanks!
