Hi

I'm wondering if the U DIO USB device exposes 8 named channels to CoreAudio? I want to use it within Roon/HQPlayer with a digital crossover filter to output to multiple DACs, one DAC for a pair of subs and another DAC for the mains

THanks

Hi Peter

Indeed, the UDIO will show up as 8ch under CoreAudio/OSx. Note that the UDIO is only a sound card. I.e. zero DSP so I assume that you'd be doing your crossover inside MAC/player?
