I managed to bork my Flex due to incorrectly choosing the wrong firmware.  I had to send it to HK to have it reflashed and get Dirac installed.  The MiniDSP folks were courteous along the way, communicated really well and happily reflashed and sent back my unit.  

I would just like to appreciate this company and what they do for their customers.  A bunch of very smart people and very service oriented as well!
