@ Solve it,

We're indeed a small team, nothing wrong with it looking at the amount of products (and the complexity of the IP) we have built so far in the past 5years.. ;-)

As for support, everybody in the team is pitching in to answer emails (more than 50/day + tech support under 2forums). It brings cohesion into the engineering team to be aware of issues at all times. Hence the label "devteam".

May we now ask why the question? :-)
