Hello.

I cannot order from your site any more, the reason "We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order". I received my previous orders without any problems. Could you explain what was changed and how to make an order?

Hi, I believe this question was asked before and IIRC it was because shipping rates to some countries went silly. I think you need to raise a ticket (bear in mind is Christmas Holidays) -

John is indeed right. We've experienced a crazy raise of shipping cost for few Eastern EU countries. We unfortunately had to remove these from the shopping cart for the time being.
