I’m considering the SHD Studio for integrating a subwoofer with digital input Genelec monitors. Instead of using either output 1/2 or 3/4 on the back connected to another DAC before connecting my subwoofer, is it possible to just use a 6.3mm TRS to stereo RCA connectors from the headphone out to my subwoofer, negating the need for a seperate DAC for my subwoofer?

Essentially use the AES/EBU Out 3/4 to my Genelecs, and the front headphone output which is tied to output 1/2 with the TRS to RCA connector to my subwoofer? If so that would be cool, saving me the need to buy a DAC just for my subwoofer.

Thanks!
