Had the SHD for two years, worked great. Just migrated to the new console, upgraded firmware, and now channels 3 and 4, used for my subs don't work. Can see the meters working, the channels are definitely on, crossovers off, reverted to old firmware no help, back again to the latest, toggled channels off and on, mute off and on, factory reset, power off for a while, checked cords... just nothing works... obviously frustrating.

Anybody else experience this?

Thanks!

I had some issues with one of my DDRC-24's - I found that after updating its firmware attempting to use old configurations from before the firmware upgrade gave me unpredictable results. I ended up resetting all the 4 configurations and then reconstructing the crossovers and filters from scratch - worked fine after that.

Thanks Tony. Good suggestions. I did reset all 4 configurations and started from scratch on building crossovers. Then with just straight output to each channel, no crossovers, just full output, still nothing from 3 and 4.

This occured right after the latest updates. It's almost certain to be a firmware or software issue, but vexxing at this point.

One of those moves where you go, "why did I do that? This sounded great!". I normally do updates and keep things up to date but wish I'd passed on this one.
