Hi,

What is the procedure to accomplish this? I have a Dirac calibration loaded that I'd like to remove & I'd like to ensure that the new owner can set the device up from scratch.

Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately you can't erase any of the presets. All you can do is overwrite them. Unless miniDSP has changed something recently there is no way to go back to a purely empty configuration. I left one preset on my SHD empty so that I can refer back to it to see (hear?) what it sounds like with no correction.
