My IR remote control for the SHD is not working, once I remove (new) battery and put back the IR works for some minutes. After 3-5 min not usind the IR, th remote control does notwork any longer.
removing the battery again and it works perfect for a while.

Any idea howto resolve the problem?

Whilst the battery you are using is 'new' it may still be low on charge. This is my best guess of the cause of what you're experiencing and if it were me I'd be trying a different battery.

I sometimes have the problem that the remote control does not work, because the battery seems not having good contact. I have to press the case a little bit where the battery is placed, then it works again. I do not think that this is the problem with yours though.

I had the same problem with my remote. If removed, then put it back, it was good for a while. Then I replaced the battery for a new one, all became good.
Strange that the old battery had still around 3V, that's why I don't wanted to replace.

In my case it is a contact problem with the battery. Pressing the removable case does the trick.
Looks to me that this a hardware / contact problem of the IR which needs to fixed through better design of the IR case?

Maybe it works to put one or more peaces of paper onto the battery so that it is pressed against the contacts? I always wanted to try this but did not yet.

EDIT: *pieces

Yes, something like that sounds like a good idea. Or possibly just pulling the contacts up slightly.

My guess is some batteries are just very slightly thinner than others.
