Hello,

I want to disable the dirac/1/2/3/4 buttons on the remote so they cannot be accidentally pressed.

I have tried re-programming the dirac/1/2/3/4 buttons using a GE universal remote and pressing buttons like "9" or "B" or "D", but the learning always fails.  Even if I try to re-program "1" as the "1" button, it fails.  I tried setting the GE remote for Sony (0128 and 0002), but that did not help.

How can I go about disabling those buttons?

My SHD is on the latest firmware.

Marc

P.S. I use Roon via a raspberry pi to the SHD usb.  I do not like the built-in volumio or its roon plugin (but that's a different issue).  What I want to do is use the play/pause and next/previous track via Ropiee flirc (which is working fine), have the power/mute/volume +/volume -/input select work via the remote (which is all the defaults), and then have those keys above disabled.
