I couldn't get Roon to work via Volumio on my SHD Studio, so I tried uninstalling the Roon plugin. I saw the following error:

Plugin uninstall failed
An error occurred while uninstalling the plugin: Error: Command failed: /usr/bin/sudo /bin/systemctl stop roonbridge.service Failed to stop roonbridge.service: Unit roonbridge.service not loaded.

Now, as you can see from the attached screenshot, the Roon plugin is "On" & "Inactive".

Also, I no longer see the I2S & SPDIF Audio Devices in Roon.

I had the same thing happen, rebooted and it was still stuck there.

I ended up doing a "Factory Reset".

Same error when trying to un-install.   Anyone know the impact of just leaving it in this half-pregnant state?  I have started to use SHD with Roon and have not noticed on the first take any issues, even with half-pregnant non-uninstalled plugin.

Don’t think it should affect anything but it’s a widely reported bug.  I managed to uninstall Roon Bridge by resetting Volumio from the user interface (didn’t need to do the usb reset), but this of course meant I needed to start over again with all the setups.

I forwarded this to the developer of the plugin (plugins are created and maintained by Volumio Community developers, not by the Volumio Team)
