Direct select remote codes - how to use them?

I want to program my remote (RoomieRemote) to use IR codes for my SHD. Despite the learning function of the SHD, I still don't see a way to learn direct source selection.

The following codes are listed on the MiniDSP site, but I don't know how to convert them to something usable like Pronto or Global Cache format. Does anyone know?
