I read the manual and attempted to install form this path:

...\XMOS_Firmware\Firmware_Upgrade_Tools\Windows\miniDSPUAC2Dfu

Running miniDSPUAC2Dfu.exe gives this error:

I've seen this before and have found using the firmware update application from an older update solve the issue. I'm not certain but I think I probably use the one from May.

Thanks, I got it working. Had to install the USB drivers again, reboot the PC, restart the SHD (would not connect) and then it worked.
