Does anybody know how to get Qubuz working?
- I have a working account on Quboz
- Latest System firmware : 1.062
- Reset to factory Defaults : did it
- Updated firmware to latest 1.062 (again)
- Loged out and in again at Qubuz
- Can see the interface of Qobuz, can select a song or album, can put it to the playlist/Que, says in popup that it's playing, but at the player-page... nothing happens. Sometimes the albumm art is showing...

Spotify and NAS (DLNA) works.

Any suggestions??

Have you entered your account details via the My Music option in Volumio?

I can still see the interface as I used to have a Qobuz subscription but don't currently, so it won't let me play any music.

I was checking as you mentioned logging out and in again 'at Qobuz' but not in Volumio. Do try this if you haven't.

If you have an Android device you could try using Bubble upnp to control Qobuz streaming and see if that works.

I Installed BubblePnP, logged in into Qubuz, plays nicely on my phone, but when I want to cast to the MiniDSP it stays deadly silent...
The interface of Volumio in the play-section is sort of frozen at the last track that was playing.
I can Mute and Unmute, and then the interface will do nothing more. I can switch to Browse and Queue (they still work)

(Casting to my amplifier also works.... )

It sounds like Volumio may benefit from being restarted so I'd try switching your SHD off and back on again to do this.

Already did that a few times... doesn't work.

This worked for me with Primephonic:

Using a network app such as Fing (you don't need to pay for this, unless you really hate ads), go into your network and delete the minidsp from your network. Physically disconnect the LAN cable, turn off the SHD from the back switch. wait several minutes, connect LAN again, turn on the SHD again, watch on Fing for the new network recognition of the SHD (this can take several minutes).

Fing is also great for cleaning up network memory of unused devices whose IP addresses remain reserved on your LAN.

Am I the only one having trouble with Qubus?

Otherwise I am thinking of sending the unit back..

So only just then, and on a Saturday. Maybe give them some chance to help before talking of having to send your unit back .

I'm guessing this can't be a widespread problem by the way or there would likely be lots of other people posting here about it.

It's not my intention to already sent the unit back.... there must be a solution laying around somewhere... I don't give up that easy..
Will wait for the technical assistance. (and other ideas...)

As usually this is not a widespread problem, it's only me having a 1 in a million issue...

Did you check your qobuz account settings on the qobuz web site? Maybe you have too many devices connected to your account somehow at once. Maybe you can remove some?

Bubbleupnp works like a dream with SHD Studio. Using it exclusively for 2 years now for streaming from NAS and Qobuz. I never use the Volumio app.
