Hi I keep getting this Low Signal to Noise error and I cannot proceed with measurements. I've played around with the inout and output levels enough to kind of rule that out. I've also made sure Dirac has microphone access and can confirm it does. Nothing I do seems to prevent this. I do have a slight amount of noise in my living room from my refrigerator in the kitchen but it's not loud by any means and I wouldn't think that this would prevent me from moving forward with the measurements. Also the outlet for it is buried behind it with cabinets flush mounting the fridge so it's a pain in the arsenal to get to unplug. Any help is greatly appreciated was this is getting frustrating.

The most obvious cause would be a problem with the volume calibration stage of Dirac Live. Could you post a screenshot of this, when you have sound playing from one of your speakers at your set level?

You can push the output volume up past
-30dB by clicking on the lock sign.
When you use the SHD Studio with integrated amp this is necessary.

make sure, dirac is using the correct microphone. I once had such a problem when accidentally using the internal microphone of the laptop.

Got the same with my shd studio, okay pushing it past the limit when using for speakers.
Have to set it to Max level.
Speakers are dynaudio xd60’.

When I use it for my ears and headphone the shd gives errors regarding safety and locks . Need to hard restart and nothing recorded.
Bummer, the ears is a monument for now.
