Ever since, the unit will not power on. I pulled the unit from the rack. I have the illuminated switch in the back but no display up front when I try to power on. Has anyone else had this happen? I started a ticket but we will see...

Ultrasonic Offline Moderator Posts: 2887 Thank you received: 616	Sorry to hear of your problem. Your thread title is rather misleading though . 'DOA' means dead on arrival, which given you've been using yours for 7+ months was not the case. I hope you get this resolved OK soon.

gjh011 Offline New Member Posts: 3 Thank you received: 0	Did you ever get a fix for the problem? I have a new SHD that worked fine for a couple of days but now will not power on. I did not have the static shock but Dirac crash when I was transferring a filter. I also started a ticket.
