Did anyone get DL 3 working on Windows 10?

I've just raised a ticket with support because none of DL 3.0.9, 3.0.11 or 3.0.13 can find my SHD with Rev 1.15 / 17Dec 2020.

It's sad that MiniDSP / DL integration is still such a shambles, this SHD was on Rev 1.8/ Jan 2020 with DL 2.53 because they were the first pair of releases that worked for DL 2. I'd resisted upgrading for almost a year because that upgrade was so painful and I'm wishing I'd waited another year.

Two related questions:

1. Can SHD be reverted to earlier software builds safely?
2. Are previous SHD software builds available from anywhere?

No way am I upgrading my other SHD, fortunately this one doesn't need a calibration doing in the near future.

Both DL 3.0.11 and 3.0.13 (just did the upgrade) work perfectly with my SHD Studio on rev 1.15.

Did you install plugin 1.15 correctly? ie uninstall FIRST 1.8 as written in the readme file, then upgrade to 1.15? Do you start DL with the plugin?

Thanks for confirming that. Yes I did uninstall the previous plugin as required and yes, I did start DL from the plugin, as has been required ever since the upgrade to DL 2.

Now DL 3 is working.

Noticed ASIO was no longer available, then that SHD wasn't appearing as a sound device at all and even the plugin had stopped being able to see the SHD even though I hadn't been doing anything except listening to music.

No single USB reconnection, power cycling or reinstallation of the UAC drivers helped. Eventually the SHD reappeared on some combination of installing earlier UAC drivers, latest UAC drivers, reconnecting USB and power cycling but I have no idea exacty what helped.

I then tried DL 3.0.11 and it started straight up, upgraded to DL 3.0.13 and that's working too. What a relief.

For anyone browsing this thread who cares I'll say I've successfully used Dirac Live 3.0.11 with plugin version 1.14 and firmware version 1.21.

(I hadn't realised that DL 3.0.13 or plugin version 1.15 had been released until reading this thread and so haven't tried these yet.)
