After upgrade mine is still showing the Roon Uncertified triangle. I didn't try removing and re-adding the SHD for fear of lock out. Nothing in the doco refers to Roon.

Where did you see the update? I didn't get any notification and find anything from Dev about it on the boards...

Unfortunately there is no system of customers automatically receiving notifications of updates having been released.

Rev 1.14 / Dec 2020
1. Updated minidsp dirac bridging app to use any free ports instead of fixed at 5000 or 8080 which may be blocked or used by other apps.
2. Fixed start up Dirac Live from plugin under macOS cannot access the microphone problem.
3. Used 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost, so, user edit to host file is not necessary anymore.
4. Updated firmware to 1.21

SHD firmware v1.21
1. Bug fix OLED does not turn off if SHD was plugged to Wi-DG even if it was set to turn off in the plugin.
2. Removed support for Apple IR remote.
