First all my music are Flac files, done by Exact Copy at 16/44.1 and are on an external USB drive on a Win10 PC

MY MiniDSP SHD is hardwired and seen by Audirvana via a WASAPI network connection

My Question, is it best to have Audirvana leave the Flac files as they are ( without processing ) and sent digitally to the MIniDSP SHD or should I have Audiorvana up-sample the Flac files before sending to the MiniDSP

Currently I have Audirvana upsampling set to "Deactiviated" and the MiniDSP SHD Audio Resampling set as follows:
Audio Resampling "ON"
BIT Rate and Sample Rate set to NATIVE
Resampling Quality set to Very High

The resulting sound is crisp and clear, just wondering if these settings are optimal, and if not what do I change

Thanks

Update

Within Audirvana my new settings are

For Bridge Devices Connected to a DAC === 172.6 khz with no added Latency

Upsampling === Power of Two ( x2, x4 )

This provides the best I highs my system has ever produced particularly in the area of cymbals

Within the MiniDSP SHD system my Playback settings are now

Auto Resampling ( On )
Target Bit depth = 32
Target Sample Rate = 192
Resampling Algorithm Quaility = Very High
