WHEN I FIRST DOWNLOADED THE SHD PACKAGE, I WAS ABLE TO CONNECT THE DSP PANEL TO MY LAPTOP. NOW IT WON'T CONNECT. SAME RESULT WHETHER THE SHD IS SET TO LAN OR USB. PLEASE HELP

Windows Program Compatibility Troubleshooter says the DSP program is incompatible with my Windows 10 System

Are you talking about trying to connect using the SHD plugin, with the two connected using a USB cable?
