Hello,

Having recently made some upgrades to my stereo system I needed to recalibrate my correction measurements. Initially I was unable to connect to DiracLive ('no devices found') and read through any posts addressing that topic. I have an older MPB (late 2011) that I utilize for the stereo and am not interested in purchasing newer HW+OS if at all possible. Here's what I discovered, some screen shots are included.

1. DiracLive 3.0.2 does support High Sierra (confirmed with Dirac tech support (thanks Flavio))
2. You do need to launch DiracLive from the SHD 'button' on the main screen
3. You "must" change the firewall settings to allow 'incoming connections' to DiracLive
4. File sharing is required (but mine was on by default)

I hope this is useful and saves you time and frustration, and possibly currency.

FWIW, the SHD remains an investment I'm very happy with years later.
Using it for room correction and streaming to SONOS via 'Connect' bridge, any source to any destination (e.g., LP to wireless), total flexibility.

For any Devs reading this, how about support for Linux?
