1. Is it possible to mix/route those two balanced analog XLR inputs (inputXLR1=vocals and inputXLR2=guitar) to the XLR outputs while applying some panning effect i.e. outputXLR1=vocals+0.5guitar and outputXLR2=0.5vocals+guitar (via a power amplifier to speakers - live concert); outputXLR3=vocals and outputXLR4=guitar (via an external ADC to a DAW - recording)? Not entirely sure but (from the manual screenshot - attached as .png) it seems that it might be possible to assign both Dirac 1 (inputXLR1 with 0dB gain) and Dirac 2 (inputXLR2 with lower gain) to Output1!

2. What delay this would introduce to the outputs (input + output latency going from analog in to analog out, applying Dirac correction)?

PS. Have miniDSP thought of adding ADC recording (i.e. audio interface) functionality via USB to DAW? Could be used to record a small gig, vinyl, analyze audio, etc.

Sort of - the routing you want should work but if you're applying Dirac Live correction then that will affect outputs 3 and 4 as well, which is probably not what you want. It would be easier to use an external USB interface for the mixing and recording.
