I recently purchased the SHD and am enjoying it very much. However, there is a feature I wish it had. I would like the ability to mute types/groups of outputs independently. For example, being able to mute the xlr analog outputs, but leave the single-ended/RCA outputs on. Being able to do this with all of the outputs both analog and digital would be a welcome feature; As this would allow the user to attach a headphone amplifier and use the volume control on the SHD - without having to disconnect or power off their main system power amplifiers in order to mute their output. If this feature already exists. Please let me know how to enable it.

Thanks.

I can see the appeal of this.

I will just say that it would save electricity if the power amp, or headphone amp, were switched off when not in use though.

Hello. Thanks for reply. While I see your point, since most modern amplifiers have a standby mode, for me the power savings isn't worth the hassle. Also, some folks have their main power amps hidden away in a closet etc.

I'm thinking if they could simply allow the user to select/de-select one or more output interfaces in the output tab in the SHD plugin. If you want all, great. If you want just one or two output types, select those and de-select the others. They could all be selected by default so as not to confuse anyone new to the product.
