Hi Alex,
I don't like it at all, any replacement app is better. There is a basic interface to Quobuz, I don't use Tidal anymore, but it is not nearly as nice as the Quobuz app itself, that's why I only use the native app and the LMS-connect app to share the desired music to lms respectivly the player. LMS-connect is a great app!! You only get it via forums.slimdevces.com. I don't think it's in the pay store.

@chrissy, hi again, I think I'd prefer Qobuz to Tidal too as read that Tidal pushes a lot of R&B/hipop/rap etc which isn't really my thing. I'd also like to use the native app too as if I'm pay g for the service I'd also like the idea of seeing what Qobuz suggests for me to listen to. But do you know if the app is compatible with older Android devices? We've got two that are old but it's OK as they're dedicated to running squeezebox app. But again happy to try the native app if it runs.   You said that with the LMS connect app I can select to share with LMS but is it easy enough to use the native app and stream direct to the SHD (running squeezelite) or to any of our squeezeboxes?

Thanks

Hi Alex,

How am I supposed to know it is easy enough for you? Just try, it probably won't bite. You're running an ancient Andoid, just look for the prerequisites for the qobuz app. I won't ask Google for you.

Hi @chrissy,
From an 'ease of use' perspective what I meant was, is it as simple as being able to open up the native Qobuz app, select the device (SHD or other streaming capable device) from say a drop down menu (or similar) and then just go ahead and select music to be played. Or do you have to jump around between apps if using the native one. I got the impression that you use the native Qobuz app with the SHD and other devices running squeezelite so was interested in your user experience.
