As very correctly suggested by Dave, worth to just contact D&D about this setup. Some input might require the full 3.3V so in that case, you may need an active level shifter on the path. Powered SPDIF to AES-EBU interface. You can then just go SPDIF to Converter - > AES-EBU - > D&D first speaker, link out to next I guess?
