I run a 3way active system using a DEQX and would like to add a pair of subs. Perhaps this is a stupid question but, I can't seem to find the answer in the manual. Would I be able to go SPDIF out to my DEQX, then RCA out to the subs and set-up a nice crossover?

This is a good question, and it seems like your approach is viable. I recommend waiting for someone with this gear to respond or a developer.

In my experience with the 2x4hd and 4x10hd, your approach seems like it SHOULD word easily.

Sorry I can't be perfect help in this regard.

It'll work fine. I use spdif out to digital actives on ch1&2 and balanced out to subs on ch3&4. Perfect.
