Playing from USB music stick 4 years 1 month ago #44591

Hello,

I have tried several 32 and 64 GB USB Sticks full with wav and flac music files in the SHD USB-Host. They are formated with FAT32 and NTFS.

In Volumio they does not appear in the Music Library, even when I push the 'refresh' button in the systems menu.

Does anybody experienced the same issue and found a solution?

Thanks for your help
Wolfgang

Same issue on my newer SHD with same memory sticks that worked fine with my older SHD. Since I had many raspberry pis connected I just installed a DLNA server and plugged the sticks into that which works better for me because now both SHDs can use the same stick. I guess it must have been a Volumio regression but I haven't tried with the latest firmware.
