Hi,

Followed all the instructions of the Dirac Live 2.0 pdf manual for my SHD Studio, updated firmware, loaded SHD plugin and connected to device, selected refresh DSP.... problem is, there is no 'Start Dirac Live Software' button to the left of the 'Dirac Live On/Off'.

I am on a mac. Can you please check your SHD plugin for the SHD plugin v1.7 to ensure you haven't forgot to include the 'Start Dirac Live Software' button in this software release.

My SHD Studio is connected to my network using a miniDSP WI DG in repeater mode.

petersv Topic Author Offline Junior Member Posts: 29 Thank you received: 4	ok, so now at least Dirac Live 2.2.3 detects the miniDSP SHD Studio (even though it displays as just SHD in Dirac Live)... however when it goes to connect, after asking for microphone access, it crashes unexpectedly.... happens everytime now when selecting the device in dirac live 2.0 I've attached the crash dump to this post as an attachment Attachments:

So, starting DLCT is leading only to: What i am missing SHD studio → genelec 8351B

wtf ... the install file is the same, but when you start the install you get another version ... :ohmy:

Ok, with this version I got the button, refreshed the DSP Program, started the dirac live but still couldn't find the device.
Decided to reinstall also the WIN-drivers ... but now something other gone wrong, because even windows dont detect the device any more :angry:

... not connection whatsoever and cant do anything more :unsure:

And yes ... is win 7 64bit ... will be pretty bad if only win 10 works :blink:

Dirac Live 2.0 is not detecting my SHD Studio either on my MacBook, even though I followed the instructions. It was working with Dirac 1.x.

Since I'm still running Sierra, I might have to go through the pain of upgrading to Mojave, since Dirac states that High Sierra and Mojave are supported and MiniDSP states that only Mojave is supported from their side.

I'm wondering if it really will solve the issue...
