Bought a Used SHD, the process to get the software for my SHD is a mess.

the manual talks about a web based interface and a sofware that you install. but there is no info or coupon in the box and there is no SHD plgin to buy on your website. i looked everywhere.

I cant use the web based software right now but i want to be aqble to set crossover point, and PEQ just like 2x4HD sing my windows PC. please help me.

I have read the manual and it is great but I still don't understand how to get all the software due shd?

I want a list of all the software that an shd unit must has and how to find them on the website.

There is no plug in or any other software for shd anywhere on your website.

ok I learned that for Dirac Live, i need to contact miniDSP to manually transfer the licence to my account.

but for the actual miniDSP software that i can install on my windows PC to set crossover etc i still have no idea. here is no SHD plugin on your website.

Ask the previous owner to send a mail to support to "transfer" the plugin to you, then it will be available under user downloads

previous owner says that there was no plugin voucher in the box and there is no shd plug in here:

why is that?' where is this SHD plugin? manual mentions it but nowhere to be found?

How did the previous owner obtain the software?

There should be 1 package under user downloads

i emailed the original owner.
i guess he never used it. i dont really know. this is really confusing.

ok the support got back to me and i think that everything has been transferred to me.
