Guys

I just installed and loaded the SHD into my JBL system , actually my room had a pretty bad acoustic to begin with , but after optimized and applying the DIRAC ,,, the songs are slower in tempo , the voice sounded very very different like much lower,,, and everything just sounds like it was dragging , I tried a few tuning after this , but still having the same issues, is there something that I need to adjust ? or that I am doing wrong?

but for sure everything song sounded very very different to the point even female vocal sounded like male ....

HELP ! I REALLY WANTED THIS TO WORK MAGIC !

It sounds like you had a bug on the sample rate that our team fixed already.
Please make sure to go to the user downloads section, grab the latest plugin, connect to your unit, restore to default all. It will fix that bug.
