Hello,
I purchased a pair of active speakers from a private party and am having trouble getting access to the plugin’s. I don’t see the file available for download on your site. Is there a license transfer necessary for me to download the plugin? These speakers were working properly for the previous owner. I want to check all parameters before turning the speakers on. 
I have logged in and that didn’t help 
Im using Safari on a MacMini for access 
Can you please help?

The serial numbers for the plate amps are on the inside just above the power inlet.
The miniDSP guys don't work weekends though.  So, it might be a few days before they can sort you out via the Tech Portal.

The private party you purchased the speakers from should have supplied you the software......assuming he was the owner of record.

The seller was the original owner but apparently he used an SHD  which came preloaded with the software. So the only access I have to that is through minidsp. I will have to wait until they respond. I’m going to forward the serial numbers to expedite the process.

I can't make sense of your post.  I don't know what the SHD has to with this?

Anyways, with the serial numbers, I'm sure they can fix you up with a copy of the PWR-ICE software for the plate-amps.
For info:  There is both a FIR version and IIR version of this particular software.  The IIR version is preferable.
