Hey all,

I am currently running a Sonos system with 4x Connect Amps and I would like to add an outdoor subwoofer for my outside deck speakers. I have been looking at the Polk Atrium Sub10. The specs on the Sub10 are:

Dual 2" voice coil, 8ohm, rated at 200W per coil.

Would I be okay to use a PWR-ICE125 set in BTL mode, and connect the two sub voice coils in parallel to it? That would give me a 4ohm load and the 450W output of BTL mode should be plenty to drive the 2x200W coils, correct?

Thanks,
Scott.

@ Scott

The PWR-ICE125 would be fine it would sound.. For subs we'd typically recommend the PWR-ICE250 for ample power but you should be fine with your setup!
