anyone familiar with the sonic differences besides power?

I have a three way:
Planar midrange is 6.5 ohm with max rms 75 watts (225-3200hz)
Planar tweeters run in parallel at 2.2 ohms/ max rms 40 watts (combined) (3200-18K hz)

Woofers in parallel at 3.8 ohms is a no-brainer for the PWR-ICE250 with combined 160 watts max rms!

Question: are either more/less or neither appropriate for high resolution tweeter amplification, combining the mid/tweets with a single one of these DSP/Amps? One channel for mid, one channel for parallel tweeters as stereo mains-

Thanks!

@spacetransient

You can easily check out the Icepower module complete amplifier datasheet for more measurements/details (on the product page) however these are quite similar specs basically (apart from power). The DSP module is the same for both amplifier models.

For the 3way, we know of few pls using a hybrid (i.e. passive for High + Mid driven from one channel of the amp). It's been done before quite successfully. :-)
