Is anybody else experiencing turn on/off thumps? I always respect the procedure when turning on and off. Etc. Is there any solutions to this? Also any firmware update to turn the rca's or xlrs into auto signal sensing? This is standard on all other amps, quite annoying to have to turn on each of my amps by digging behind the speakers. ..

Nobody? I've got 4 units all experiencing the same issue. Is there no soft start built into these units?

Is the thumping damaging your drivers?
If not, I wouldn't worry about it. Drivers (even most tweeters) will handle those type of low-level, low-frequency transients fairly easily.

I can't be certain if it's damaging my drivers or not, nothing has stopped working as of yet. I imagine long term this is probably not good for them. Is there no way of adding a soft start into the firmware or a physical circuit that can be added on the outputs to prevent this? I have a lot of money invested in these speakers and don't want to destroy anything. (Line arrays 8 tweeters, 8 mids and 1 10" sub in each tower)

A multiple array of tweeters/midranges with some sort of series/parallel wiring arrangement lessens your chance of driver damage even further. You can wait for an answer from devteam, but I really don't think you have anything to worry about.

I don't have a 250 module to test, but I do have a 125 module and looking at the output with a scope, I don't think the thumping is excessive at all.

@ mastertee31,

This is the first time we hear of an issue so let's try to investigate here.
- Can you evaluate how loud is that thump?
- Can you please email us the file you're running on the unit? We're wondering if maybe you're having some digital gain all the way down, then amp at volume all the way up. Anyway, please send us the file.
- As for the autosense, unfortunately it's not something that is provided on this product.. :-( It would require a specific sensing on the input section.
