I'm wondering if I could use PWR-ICE125 in speakers with 8ohm HF compression driver and 4ohm LF woofer.

Do I need drivers with matching Impedance?

You do not need matching impedance. Asymetric load will work fine. As per the ICEpower 125ASX2 manual even 2 Ohms + 8 Ohms will work.
