Hi there,

i do have the same problem, i purchased 4 PWR-ICE250 and 2 PWR-ICE125 modules about 18 month ago.
My dealer in Germany is Oaudio/BPA in Frankfurt. As in other cases there was no plugin supplied.
Once i get to the download section all there is is an empty box with nothing to download.
Can you please supply me with the needed plugin or help me with enabling the download function for me.
I finally found some spare time to start with my long time planned project.

that's what i did, so now i'm waiting for the things to come.

The system i have planned is similar to the system described here, at least it uses all the drivers :

I'm planning a different enclosure that will include the modules like you did in your mini convertible ( i started reading the story ).
Plans are not ready yet, but as i said before, i'm starting now.

you could have just called us. In your case that was before miniDSP sent us nice little coupon codes.
You also purchased at our facility and bypassed the shop's automatic system for providing the software.
We have been looking forward to hearing about the progress of your project. Please don't hesitate to call/email bpa with questions. We try to solve as many things as I can without burdening miniDSP. This one we for sure could have solved.

Hello,
I would like to download the plug-in for the ICE250 plate. I can click on (buttons active) the categories listed on the User Downloads page, whether it is the miniDSP Plug-ins or PWR-DSP/PWR-ICE software selections. It will go to that specific page but there are no active download links on the page they direct to. There are active file download links elsewhere like for USB, but no amp links. Suggestions?

Not clear on whether you bought the amp or not? If not, then you won't see the plugin (AFAIK). If you bought from a dealer, contact the dealer for a coupon. If you bought from miniDSP directly and plugin not there, wait until shipping notification and if still not there, open a support ticket.

(AFAIK those are the standard answers.)

I bought the PWR-ICE125 through SOLEN in Canada. When I log on to the minidsp.com/userdownloads the entire section is empty. I would like the Windows software please!!

I just talked to SOLEN and they said I need to contact Minidsp to get the software.

I have sent an email (with a photo of my invoice with my pwr ICE 125 on it) to minidsp.com from your website but i have LOTS of trouble with reCaptia so I have no idea if the email made it or not.

Oddly enuff your website is super slow too. im on 100mbit fiber in BC Canada and each page on minidsp.com takes 3-5 min to load.

Sorry to hear of your issues loading the website. We're not sure what's the issue here... Gtmetrix reports shows less than 3.5sec from Vancouver test point.. Would you mind to start a tech support ticket with our team? We can investigate further.

I was going to try to update my 2x2 software, but it is no longer in my user downloads and I'm hoping firmware will fix the channel problem mine has.
