Howdy Folks.

I think there was an update available to upgrade a nanoAVR-HD to the DL version. I'd like to do the opposite - that is, make a -DL into a -HD. Has anyone done this? Is it just a matter of loading the HD firmware and using the HD plugin, or are there hardware differences between the 2? And of course the next question is: Once this is done, can the DL functionality & license be restored to this piece down the road if desired?

Thanks.

Sure, a very simple step.
- Load firmware of nanoAVR HD into the unit
- Connect with plugin of nanoAVR HD and restore to default.

If you want to go back to DL, it's the exact same step by in opposite directly. License is embedded on a place where it won't get affected by fw update.
