Stuck in Restore Factory Settings loop

After upgrading to 1'30 firmware the plugin advised me to Restore Factory Settings.
In the little sub window with 2 lines, upper line says Device Found, lower window says
Message from USB 116011 Byteread=65
The number after USB increments about 2500 then the Restore window ops up and I click on it and the cycle repeats.
Is this OK? And does this end or am I in a loop?
