Hi,

My name is Andrew Durrant, I contacted miniDSP about my newly installed nanoAVR that has failed the middle of last week and cannot get any response. Are you guys still in business? Its bad enough the unit has failed after a few days use and left we without a home cinema system, but not getting any response after 4 working days is really not good enough.

What is going on there??

Sorry for the late reply, we're indeed still in business, it was just a National Holiday here in HK on Monday hence office closed.
Please note that we typically answer tech support ticket within 48h~72 working hours. Thanks again for your patience. Our team already answer your tech support tix separately, so let's hope they can figure the issue.
