Everybody knows that there is only one good target curve in a ht system: the one I will enjoy!

When I EQ with Dirac and nanoAVR-DL, I joined fronts left and right together, surrounds together, but leave center alone, sub alone. If I want to add 2 db in bass response between 20hz and 100hz is it correct to leave the sub channel target curve untouched and lower the targets of the others groups and channels?
In other words, If I rise or lower targets for speakers channels, must I rise or lower the target for the sub in the same way?

WIth the nanoAVR DL (and different to the DDRC-88A), the target curves represent the desired frequency response curve with respect to the input channels. i.e. Left (full range), right (full range), LFE (not sub), etc. So the change in the target curve will be what you want to achieve with respect to the input channels. So if you want all input channels to play 2dB higher between 20 and 100 Hz, then you will need to alter all of the target curves.

(With that said, the quick way to accomplish that specific change would be to rise the sub trim level in the AVR by 2 dB. However you will still need to redo the target curves next time you do a measurement/calibration cycle.)

...including the LFE channel, if I understand correctly.
