Hi, a few quick thoughts (without reference to your earlier post):

You have LCR turned on in LFE Mgt, should be off.
The LFE channel will require 10 dB gain (*).
You are using 12dB/octave filters, which will cancel at the crossover frequency (unless you invert the output channels). I suggest 24dB/octave Butterworth.
You "probably" don't need a lowpass filter on the LFE channel.

(*) This is assuming the LFE channel in your source media is recorded 10 dB lower then the other channels, as it is for movies. Obviously there is potential for clipping here so I would suggest as a starting point set AVR volume to full and use nanoAVR volume.

However, now that I think about it a bit more, you probably won't need a full 10 dB as you are feeding it to three speakers. But it all depends on how the three speakers interact at low frequencies. I guess I'd start with say 5 dB and measure it. The final results should be that the LFE channel is acoustically about 10 dB higher than say L.

Meaning, you should end up with the same type of response as with bass management e.g. from the app note

I made the adjustments you mentioned and it is sounding really good now!

I am getting some clipping as I increase the LFE channel up to +10db, but I lowered all the channel volume on the output tab so that it no longer clips. I have to turn my avr up a bit more but I don't have a problem with that.

You mentioned controlling the volume in the nano. I think I may have disabled the NanoAVR volume me can't figure how to get it back. I looked in the manual but don't see it

For nanoAVR volume you can use the IR Learning screen, or the iOS/Android app (linked from nanoAVR page).
