My plan is to use this with my Oppo 105D. I have a few devices that will feed into the Oppo (Mac mini, dish network receiver, HTPC, ps4, Xbox One) using an HDMI switch

My reason for buying this unit is to use it to augment Audyssey XT32. I plan to do a baseline 8pt calibration and then use this to implement a house curve on my subs, and to put a high pass on my LCR channels (I have JTR 215RT's). I think this will work nicely and would replace a minidsp 10x10 that I am using only for my subs house curve. It will also get rid of a D/A conversion.

One other thing I would like to try with this is to combine the LFE into my LCR's when I decide to watch a movie or concert blu Ray with my mains full range (no subs). I am thinking this should be possible also.

Does anyone see any issues with what I am planning to do?

Thanks!!!

I can't answer the question about use with Audyssey as I have no experience with it. However on the second question, I don't see why you couldn't do that. Basically you would just route the LFE channel to each of the LCR channels in the Routing matrix and you could adjust the relative levels of the LFE to each of them. The manual should have more info on what that does.
