Has anyone else had this error?

I was opening the nanAVR DL Calibration tool, loading an old project so I don't have to re-measure and so I can just do more Filter options, and as soon as I click on the 'Fliter Design' tab, I get the "The Dirac Live Calibration Tool Has Stopped Working" error in a pop-up, and the DL Cal tool shuts down.

Any way to get around this without repeating all measurements, or to do filter setup offline?

@ maxmercy,

We've never seen this before but we will investigate shortly. Worth trying the recommendation from RST100x5.
It does sound like a blocked port since DLCT needs to connect to Dirac server exactly at that step. Please keep us updated.

I'm not sure if it is Win10 related (recently upgradded), but I uninstalled all the DL and miniDSP software, re-downloaded and it works now.

@ Jss,

Mmmh interesting info. Did you do a Win8 to Win10 upgrade or was it Win10 to Win10 (i.e. patch).
We can certainly feed that info to the Dirac Team.

Thanks.

Win 8 to Win 10. Everything else worked, just couldn't get to the target curve creation tab without the software shutting down. Just fine after uninstall/re-install, though.

OK, that makes sense then. Win10 upgrade does require to reinstall the software unfortunately. Something we need to add as documentation as we've learned of it lately. Thanks for the follow up.
