I have so far found this installation and activation of this product to be a total JOKE ....

NANO AVR DL UTILITY installation results in this >>> ERROR : THE INSTALLER FILE COULD NOT E USED IS DAMAGED ...PLEASE DOWNLAOD AGAIN


SOMEONE HELP BEFORE I TRASH THIS $600 BOX

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT NANO AVR DL EXE. UTILITY WILL NOT INSTALL WITH COMODO INTERNET SECURITY RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND..

Today went and bought a 5x1 HDMI switch to add to this system mainly because TOGGLE HDMI 1-2 is unacceptable with regards to programming URC remote .... If your familiar with programming you'll understand - It HAS to have DISCRETE HDMI 1 HDMI 2 codes to prevent unnecessary toggling in MACRO programming....that and we have 5 sources and now have those 5 sources all being processed by the NANOAVR....

HDMI switching in front of the NANO seems to be going OK so far....and now I have discrete control over switching between

Sound Processing between sources is mixed results...

Few comments to help get better support
a) We're all here to help answer from Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm. You can always use a tech support ticket if you have a question (minidsp.desk.com).
b) Please refrain from shouting ... We're all here to help in the community but you'll see that capitals (=shouting in Forums) isn't exactly very good form I think.. Some community members here to help over week end sometimes may not find it fun .. just a thought.
c) Third time is a charm. We can see that you've mentioned this in 3 post now.. no need to hammer it down, it won't speed things up. @ miniDSP, we listen to everybody and try to make our product best for everybody.
