Hey guys, I just received my nanoavr HD about a week ago and started taking measurements using REW. I was wondering if anyone might be willing to give me some assistance in smoothing out my frequency response. Below are the measurements I have have taken from my main listening position. My associated equipment is as follows: Outlaw Audio Model 5000 Amp, Outlaw Audio Model 975 pre/pro, iMac computer with REW and Soundflower & a Umik-1 mic. I'm also looking for some advice as to what would make my Sub start to "drop" off at 47Hz??? All speakers are set to "Large" within Model 975 pre. Thanks so very much guys!!!

Hi, your question is a bit open-ended... :) One suggestion would be to turn off smoothing for the sub measurement. Have you read the app notes:

www.minidsp.com/applications/home-theate...ning/bass-management

HTH :)

Hey John, thank you so much for the reply!!! I have downloaded & read the app notes but a lot of it is still a bit "new" to me. I will use your suggestion in turning off smoothing for my sub & re-post.

Thank you again & appreciate any assistance you are willing to provide

Is your sub in a corner? I would suggest trying some different locations and see what happens. If it simply can't be moved, you'll need to work with what you have.
