Hello Folks,

I just received my Flex I/O DL unit. I have made it up to Volume Calibration. No signal is passing to my DAC. I checked the troubleshooting for the symptom and found nothing out of the way. It is set up with the USB input connected to the Flex and the optical out of the Flex is routed to the in on my DAC. The USB input is selected on the Flex and Control Panel. The Flex is unmuted as are all downstream components. I have updated the DSP Firmware.

I have searched the forums and support page, only finding the troubleshooting suggestions for No Sound during Volume Calibration.  I don't know what else to try except making a support ticket. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will know of something simple that I overlooked.
                 Thanks for reading my post.

I think I may have found the problem. The listed output device ticked in Windows is "Speakers DDRC 2 X4n". I tried to "Pair a new output device" without finding the Flex DL. I have no idea what to do about it. The Console recognizes the Flex DL.
Thanks for your time and consideration

I duplicated my checks from yesterday this morning. I don't know what did it but I got different error messages about the control panel being unable to control the master volume. Following the prompts I closed and reopened the Control console and, Viola, we have a calibration signal.
BTW, The Windows output device still lists the "Speakers DDRC 2 X4n" and no Flex DL.    The control console still recognizes the Flex DL.

If I ever learn just what was happening I will return to comment.

Thanks, everyone for reading my post
