Dynamic EQ is a feature on denon devices that makes music sound fuller when listening on low volumes. Other brands have their equivalents. It adjusts the eq to bump up certain frequencies and quiet music still sounds full and engaging.

I'd like to make a preset that mimics that behavior for quiet times. How would you go about that?

I’ve been thinking about doing this for a while, but haven’t gotten around to it,   You can’t make a dynamic eq that will change with your volume control, but you could make a couple of Dirac target curves for a couple of DB settings.  Look at the Fletcher Munson curves, pick the Db target, and modify your Dirac target for the loudness you want.  Assign that to a preset, and select that preset when you are listening at the particular level.  This may help some:  producelikeapro.com/blog/fletcher-munson-curve/
