Hi there. I got my Flex yesterday. Lovely unit, great sound, noise floor is astonishingly low.

Yesterday, I spent a little while setting it up (including flashing with most recent firmware via the app etc) and had it all going perfect.

Today when I switched it on, level was super low on all presets and against all inputs - at maximum volume, level was microscopically low, like barely audible.

I tried a lot of things (rebooting, different inputs, different setup, the whole thing). The problem went away after I used the "Refresh XMOS Firmware" button. It hasn't happened again since.

Is this a known issue? Are there any diagnostics I could collect that would be useful in case it occurs again?

Thanks
