Windows USB drivers cause popping noises on Flex. I have isolated this to the USB driver.

Versions:
mcu 1.58
dsp 1.5
minidsp device console 1.0.0
USB drivers 5.40.0.0
Windows 11

I recently purchased a miniDSP flex balanced. I used it with all default settings while experimenting with speaker placement. Today I wanted to hook up the sub, so I followed the instructions here  docs.minidsp.com/product-manuals/flex/so...re-installation.html .

After installing device console it prompted me to update the firmware on the Flex. After that it told me that the xmos version was too low to support device console (or something similar). At that point I downloaded the DC migration package and followed the instructions in the included PDF.

Afterwards the pops appeared. The pops do not appear over bluetooth, and do not appear when playing to a different dac from same laptop. They also didn't appear when playing to the Flex from the same laptop but from Ubuntu instead of Windows. After a few computer restarts DC prompted me to check for updates, then prompted to update the firmware and xmos again. I did both. Same issue. I then refreshed both. Same issue.

I uninstalled Device Console. Issue is still present. I uninstall the USB drivers. Issue goes away.

I then reinstalled DC. I no popping. I then reinstalled the USB drivers via DC. The MSI requested to restart at the end and I did. On startup, I receive this error.

Flex is also not found as an output device. In DC "check usb drivers" also says file not found. I then reinstall drivers via DC. This time no restart is requested. Power cycle the Flex and it reappears along with the popping.
